Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account at 588hh, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in Bangladesh.
- Provide accurate personal information during registration: full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
- Complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Use only one account per person. Multiple accounts will be closed and funds forfeited.
Identity Verification Process
Before processing your first withdrawal, 588hh will ask you to submit a valid government-issued ID. This step protects your account and complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Upload a clear photo of your document through your account dashboard. We review submissions within 2 hours. If the document is unclear or expired, we will notify you and request a replacement.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
588hh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through local payment methods popular in Bangladesh. You can fund your account using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bank Transfer. All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Withdrawal Conditions
All withdrawals require identity verification. Your first withdrawal may take up to 1 hour while we review your documents. After KYC approval, subsequent withdrawals are processed in 8 minutes. You can withdraw up to ৳240,000 per day at the Copper VIP tier. Higher tiers have increased daily limits (see VIP terms).
If you received a bonus, you must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. Deposits made solely to claim bonuses and withdrawn without play will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.
Betting Rules and Wagering Requirements
When you place bets on 588hh, the following rules apply:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Check your bet slip before submitting.
- If a game is interrupted or voided due to technical errors, your stake will be refunded to your account.
- Minimum bet limits vary by game. Check the game details before playing.
- Maximum payouts depend on the game provider and your VIP tier. Standard maximum payout is ৳10,000,000 per bet.
- Wagering requirement for bonuses is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.

Bonus Terms and Promotional Rules
588hh offers several bonuses to new and returning players. Each bonus has specific terms you must follow to withdraw winnings.
Welcome Bonus
New players receive a 190% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳17,500. To qualify:
- Make a minimum deposit of ৳350.
- Complete wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount within 7 days.
- Bonus expires if not used within the validity period.
Reload and Cashback Bonuses
Reload bonus: 16% on deposits after your first. Daily cashback: 1.1% on net losses (automatically credited the next day). Referral bonus: ৳425 when a friend you invite makes their first deposit.
Bonus Abuse Policy
If we detect bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors), we reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings, and close accounts without notice.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
588hh is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you stay in control:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in your account settings.
- Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set playing time.

588hh reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
By continuing to use our services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using 588hh and close your account.
